Salesforce HSD Qualified Lead Entry Steps for HS1
Step 1: Select your customers account, go to opportunities. Click on NEW

Select the Create HSOne Opportunity Button from the Account level
Step 2: Select Dental HSONE
Step 3: Enter your customers information, ie; customer contact, phone, e-mail, etc…
Then select the box that best suits the HS1 Opportunity. For this example; Patient Engagement & Communication/Lighthouse/Select the right arrow to add to the CHOSEN Box.
Step 4: Enter any important key notes in this description box at the bottom of the HS1 Opportunity.
GREAT DTS EXAMPLE: HS1 Team I have processed this order on the HSD side. Product is SOLD. Please mark this opportunity/lead as CLOSED WON in your HS1 Instance
OR FSC Example;
Please only speak to Elisa. Elisa is Dr. Bob’s wife, they are a long time VIP HSD customer.
OR
Currently using Eaglesoft, interested in Dentrix Ascend, office has Schick sensors, 5 DRS, 5 HYG, Looking to convert by June 2021, they spend $1,000,000,000 om Merchandise, their DTS is…..
